• My WordPress Salon plugin works great for customers who book a slot and pay via paypal from my site, but if a client doesnt have paypal and phones me to arrange the booking, when I add the booking it shows on my daily view and in my google calendar and sends the client an email but it does not reserve that time slot from the calendar which means other clients online see that slot as avaialble and can book it. I work alone but had the standard 2 “assistants” listed that come with the “theme” aswell as myself. I have deleted them in case the system will book 3 simultaneous appointments but that has not solved it either.Currently I am having to use the holidays setting “rules” to block out that time from further bookings but this is time consuming and means I create many “rules” which is over complex. How do I add a booking and ensure that time is then blocked from view preventing new clients from booking the same slot?

    are you saying that if you add a new reservation from back-end, that reserved timeslot can be booked again from the front-end?

    I have the exact same problem. To simplify; it blocks in calendar one way (from salon booking to google) in Google Calendar but if you add to Google Calendar it does not block the other way. Even if you sync calendar. The time or booking in the calendar is not recognized in Salon Booking. It ignores whatever is there.

    Unless the booking is recorded in “Bookings” section. Whatever is on Google calendar or added manually to Google calendar is completely ignored. Would be a great feature if it worked both ways.

    PS Yes The same calendar is selected in Google. Made a calendar just for this called salon.
