All form submissions now marked as spam

  • All form submissions are now being marked as spam. This worked as recently as a few days ago, but has suddenly began marking everything as spam (no code updates in that time, either). The submissions are recorded in Flamingo, but no email is being sent. I have added an SPF record to the DNS manager in godaddy, but it’s still not working. I removed the captcha temporarily to test that, no difference. Any suggestions on what I can do to correct this?
