Search function not working

What do you mean by ‘the search doesn’t work’? I tested the URL you sent and it works fine for me.

going to https://goafricamarketplace.com/knowledgebase/ and using search return error 404 is it possible to get this resolved we have already resaved permlinks and this did nto resolve the issue

https://goafricamarketplace.com/knowledgebase/ returns a 404 meaning that no such page exists on your site. Please check that you have a Page created at the slug matching the settings in WP Knowledgebase. make sure the shortcode [wp_knowledgebase] appears on that page and the page template is set to KBE. Then, go to Settings > Permalinks and resave permalinks structure.
