I eventually resolved this by adding the same instagram account as a new source. I also tried the Personal toggle and that allowed me to connect via instagram. The reconnect feature wasn’t working for me in general.

This exactly how I fixed my issue too.

Thanks for your reply but this doesn’t help. Like I mentioned some of the duplicate submissions have identical timestamps.

For example the other day someone submitted the form and we received 3 emails. All had the submitted time of 07:02:53 and all had the same content.

The site does not use any caching plugins.

Could you please look into this further. I can’t update to the latest version of CF7 until I have a proper fix.

The code works but only momentarily, and then is overwritten by cf7 js.

We even tried with js only (no jQuery), but same result, it gets pre-filled momentarily but then is overwritten by cf7 js.

I’m interested in a fix for this as well.

Does this issue effect Pro users? Will there be an update for Pro users?

I just resolved all my issues by turning on Load Google Fonts Asynchronously in Optimization

I think the problem is with Google Fonts. How do I exclude them from CSS combine if the CSS Excludes function doesn’t work?

If you mean using the full url in the exclusion list, I have done this already.
