• Hello,

The enroll, register process complexity is very problematic.
If the course is free it jumps to profile page after register, where it is written that user has no courses.

The Enroll button inc courses page is not updated according to the logged in user, another enrollment sometimes causes bugs such as non stopping page refreshing.

This phase should be as simple and straight-forward as possible for the user, otherwise it will have a very bad effect on user enrollment and expirience, it basically makes the system not usable.

The most obvious procedure (for both free and paid course) should be:
Enroll course –> Register —> (pay if needed) —> transfer straight to the course.

Another issue that I can’t seem to solve:
The requested password in registration is too strong (12 chars, including number, big letter, small letter, and a sign), it is frustrating. No plugin had any affect on it.

    Hello,

Can you please tell me if this issue was resolved? I seem to be experiencing the same issue.

    Lola

I’m also experiencing this problem. Is there a fix yet?

I also need to know how users can get to the course after enrolling and being taken to their profile page where there is no way to get to the course.

Any resolution? It is not a plug-in conflict, I know.

    Thank you!

Hi, i seem to be experiencing this issue. The registration form sometimes appear and sometimes the wordpress login appear. This is not what I want to happen to my learners upon clicking enroll for both free & paid course. Any update on this? Help is greatly appreciated
