• Hi. Whenever customers need to update their shipping information (EG: they have moved house, etc), when they change it after logging into their account, it doesn’t refresh to the new address unless I manually go into their order and edit the shipping information to re-pull it from the database (IE: I must click on “Load Shipping Address” and then save the order). Why does this happen? How can I fix it?? Thanks.

    Can you tell me what’s the plugin that you’re using for the e-commerce side or how did you create this part, please? Some more details about what you’re using for the shop part would make me test this on my computer and see what’s going on.

    I am using WooCommerce V2.4.13 and WordPress V4.3.

    To re-create the issue, all you do is login to your account and attempt to change your Billing or Shipping Address. Afterwards, it doesn’t update unless I manually do it from the order itself.

    Sorry, those features are not part of WordPress, they are functions of the plugin WooCommerce. The developers have their own support forum here https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce
