Site not optimized for mobile

Good morning (or afternoon),

I know you are swamped with issues right now. I am looking after a site – https://www.steppingon.com. The site is administered through Host Monster. The site has two issues right now.
1. In Edge on Mobile (I have checked on Samsung G7), the site is not optimized for mobile. The site looks fine on Google Chrome on the G7.
2. The front page is not showing the static page content. I have changed the homepage setting right now to be latest posts, but when the setting is Static Page (which is the home page), it doesn’t show the home page and the home page link in the menu just goes back to the front page.
