Can’t log in/Plug in issue

    For some reason (I am learning) I am unable to get into my sites. I type the site address with the typical wp-admin but I get an error message that is beyond me.

    For the https://www.masterrobertbombalier.com/ I get this message:
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘new’ (T_NEW) in /webroot/m/a/maste048/masterrobertbombalier.com/www/wp-content/plugins/tweetily-tweet-wordpress-posts-automatically/Include/top-debug.php on line 57

    For the https://www.villarisoc.com/ I get this message:
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘new’ (T_NEW) in /webroot/v/i/villa033/primary/www/wp-content/plugins/tweetily-tweet-wordpress-posts-automatically/Include/top-debug.php on line 57

    In both instances I am not aware of having a plugin called Tweetily.

    If I can get into the site to my Dashboard, I am sure I can easily disable the issue.
    Also, if there is a Plugin that can be recommended to help with not getting blocked like this next time, I would very much appreciate it.

    Ohhh P.S. I did flush the cookies, cache etc. I followed some of the suggestions out there but to no avail.

    After a day of learning more than I wanted too, got to the hosting site and found where the FTP was, the file location for the plugin and removed it. Took a few minutes after and then I was finally able to log into my site and do what I intended to do 2 days ago.
