Password reset loop caused by the plugin

My customers can’t reset their password when they click on forgot password. They do get a link by email, but the link just brings them back to where they can leave their emailaddress. It is an endless loop. I contacted Woocommerce and they helped me localize the problem. I turned off all the plugins and even my theme and then turned everything on again. The problem disappeared, but reappeared when I turned email customizer back on…
