Popup Not Working

    Good day,

    I have a box with review links that is supposed to popup after 3 seconds. It worked when I initially set it up, but it does not work any more. I have cleared my browser caches and the website cache and tried in 3 browsers. No joy. I also tried it in test mode, still no dice.

    Please help.

    Are you on the latest version of the plugin?
    What is the content of the box? Is it by any chance an iframe or javascript?

    Good day,

    Current version of WP and plugin. The pop-up contains HTML/CSS. It’s the same content if you click the red ‘Review’ button.

    The box didn’t load because Boxzilla incorrectly saw the box as empty, because there was no text in the box. But there was an image! We will fix this in the next version of Boxzilla.

    Thanks @mediumd for finding the issue. It was solved in the meantime by adding a space /   to the box.
