I raised a support form on your site a week ago and have had no response

The only activity we see for you a week ago is for the WP Meta SEO plugin.

Did you mean a private support request? We checked this, as well, and the last support request we see is from 3 months ago.

There is a multisite issue that we recently identified. This should be addressed in the next version of Jetpack.

In the interim, previous versions of Jetpack are available here.

https://jetpack.com/contact-support/ is the link i’ve filled out 3 times over the past 3 weeks and have had no reply.

I’ll try again, but not holding my breath.
