Not allowing a saved card to be selected

I am using this plug in with my go e merchant account. It works great except it’s not allowing a logged in customer to choose a saved card on checkout. It allows new cards to be saved in the customer account area and on checkout, however unable to select one on checkout although the option is there (on checkout) to use existing card when there is a card saved. I checked the CIM settings and its setup correctly as far as I can tell. I don’t really need this option but it doesn’t look secure if the card is saved and they can’t choose it. Please advise.
