• At the moment there is no admin panel visible, good luck doing any maintenance. Users have to have a second account for the Gratisfaction system, in addition to their WooCommerce User account. Not very well integrated with Woo. Plugin admin has to be done from their admin page, not through the WordPress dashboard.

With that said, it definitely gets shoppers interested and talking! If only they’d put some work into the backend of the plugin, this could be great. Right now, it’s not.

    Hi Lougeezer,
My name is Akash Malik- I am the founder of Apps Mav.

First of all, I thank you for the feedback. Our customers’ feedback is the only way we can meaningfully enhance our products.

I’d also like to take this opportunity to correct/comment on your observations:

    – For the loyalty and referral program, your customers do not need to create a second account. They only need to sign in to your store account and they will be logged into Gratisfaction and it will work seamlessly. We are further enhancing the app to have tighter integration.

    – Our app is a SaaS app and therefore the admin is through the Apps Mav dashboard (and this is in line with the WordPress plugin guidelines)- I think we have communicated this very transparently in the app description and FAQ- That said, I have asked our team to emphasize on this part even more clearly both in the description and FAQs. We want to build our business in an open, honest and transparent way.

    – You should definitely be able to see the admin panel through the Apps Mav dashboard- If not, we are here to help- Please send us an email to [email protected] and our team is here to help resolve this. We are very passionate about providing excellent support.

    With best wishes
    Akash

I am currently working with your support on this open ticket. Thus far, their efforts have been responsive, but unsuccessful.

As a general feedback, my company is in a perhaps small, but vibrant, class of single web site developers. I am a web developer by necessity, not by choice. As such, I concentrate on manufacturing and growing my product line, and spend as little time understanding WordPress, and its associated plugins, as possible. Perhaps your plugin is too involved for companies like ours. What I’m seeking is the concept of this plugin, as a built-in function of WooCommerce.

Perhaps I need to look elsewhere to accomplish this goal.

    Hi Lougeezer,
Yes- I can see your emails and have already discussed this with the support team. And, we are sending you a resolution email shortly.

Can I assure you that every customer, big or small, is very important to us and we are grateful for your business with us.
