All formatting is lost on mobiles and tablets for this site. It looks like a stylesheet corruption to me so I deleted and reinstalled the theme.

I have also disabled all plugins not in original install just in case one was changing the stylesheet.

If you could tell me what to do to rectify please.

    Thanks

Thanks, I thought it was a stylesheet issue. I re-downloaded the zip file from your servers, deleted the theme and then reinstalled it.

It still renders wrong on a mobile and tablet. Please help with any advice!

    Regards,

It was something to do with the Contact Us template.

When I deactivated the Contact Us template the issue cleared itself. (I still have the contact us form there through a shortcode, there must have been a conflict)

    Thanks,
