Lightbox not working

    Hi all,

    I have updated WordPress to the latest version and installed Simple Lightbox. Unfortunately, when I click the thumbnail, the media file does not open in a lightbox.

    This is a custom WordPress theme and I have included <?php wp_head(); ?>

    Hi, you mentioned using wp_head(), but it’s important that the theme use other built-in template tags as well to be compatible with SLB and many other plugins.

    See SLB’s theme requirements documentation for more details.

    If you are still experiencing an issue after ensuring your theme meets SLB’s requirements, please provided an updated link with SLB activated and I would be glad to reopen this ticket and take another look.
