    Hello,

I’m trying to import my shop, but I stucks in importing categories.

I’ve also cleaned the wordpress database and still the same.

I’ve raised maximum memory to 2G without luck

In top, I see pngcrush working for some time, but then all stops and server load goes to almost zero again.

    This is local import.

Is there any debug file to look or any additional debugs to activate to help figure out what is happening?

I’ve activated the debugs suggested in wp-config, but nothing appears.

    Thanks

    Hello again.

If I skip media import, categories are imported, but then products don’t have pictures.

And if I try to import again with media, nothing will be imported.

Were can I say to re-import all products again with pictures?

It seems to be saving some import state somewhere that I haven’t found yet.

Even if I delete all the products, they will not re imported again.

Could you open a ticket on https://www.fredericgilles.net/support/ and send a screenshot of your settings?

For information, the plugin doesn’t reimport the already imported data. To be able to reimport the data, you must first delete all the imported content with the button “Empty WordPress content”.

    Hi.

I’ve passed away the issue by skipping importing of images.

This way I was able to at least import the products.

I’ve then added manually the images to all the products.

    Thank you anyway.

    Regards

    Thanks for the feedback.
Your issue probably comes from a memory limit too low or from a timeout on your server.
The images upload can take time, and the images resize by WordPress consumes a lot of memory if the images are heavy.
