Remove default WooCommerce shipping methods

    We need that when customers add one of our products to the Cart, they have the option “Pending” or just “Fedex” in the section “Shipping”.

    Flat rate doesn’t work for me since we are selling art (which will require very different shipping methods because of the varying sizes and weight of products).
    Free shipping isn’t something we can provide for the same reasons above.
    Local pickup won’t work for us since we only have one physical gallery in Mexico.

    So, we would like next:
    1 Customer add something to the cart
    2 Customer “pays” only for the product
    3 We contact customer explaining the shipping costs according to Fedex
    4 If the client agrees, they pay with direct bank transaction to our bank account (product + shipping).

    You can use the Flat Rate shipping method with a fee of $0 and rename it to show a message telling your customers that shipping charges will be communicated to them after the fact.

    If you want them to not pay anything right now and make the full payment via bank transfer after the fact, you can use the Cash on Delivery payment method and rename that as well to let them know that full payment details will be communicated before shipment.
