    Hello all,

    Just installed the plugin, selected a product and clicked “export product reviews” and we get the following error

    This site can’t be reached
    The webpage at https://(sitename).com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wf_pr_rev_csv_im_ex&action=export might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
    ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

    Any thoughts?

    Hi @brytmill,

    Please check in your server error logs(/var/logs/) and WooCommerce fatal error logs(WooCommerce>Status>Logs>fatal error log) and see if any errors reported.

    If it helps we’re on WordPress 4.9.6 and WooCommerce 3.4.3 and Product Reviews Import Export (Basic) 1.1.6

    Any thoughts?

    Hi @brytmill,

    We have checked the plugin compatibility with WC 3.4.3 and we do not find any issues in our dev/testing environment. We may need to check this as a site specific case. Please reach us via support with your server error logs from /var/logs/

    Hi @brytmill,

    As per our communication on support ticket, we have found that you are using WooCommerce Product Reviews Pro Plugin which caused the error. This version of the plugin does not support it. Our premium version supports WooCommerce Product Reviews Pro Plugin.

    I am the same error message though I do not have the WooCommerce Product Reviews Pro Plugin.

    Please check in your server error logs(/var/logs/) and WooCommerce fatal error logs(WooCommerce>Status>Logs>fatal error log) and see if any errors reported.

    Also, let us know if you are using WP multisite installation.
