Open tab by using one link

Hi there,
I’m trying to send one link in order to let people open directly the page directly on the custom tab (by using anchor and HTML ID).
By example: https://www.website.com/product/productname/#tab-customtab_3045But it won’t open the relevant targeted tab, it opened the main tab. Is it possible to do that? if so, how can we do it?
