Hi, I have a problem with woocommerce. Everything works great, but I can not see the orders in the orders section. I only see white lines with no data, as if there was a bug or something similar.

I’ve already tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugins, theme, wordpress … nothing to do.

Can any of you help me?

However I tried to install previous versions of woocommerce. With version 2.4.8, but I can not understand why. The theme is the latest version, wordpress is the latest version and all plugins are the latest version. Why does the woocommerce update give me this problem?

    ** – with version 2.4.8 woocommerce works –

Do you mean at wp-admin or front-end Account page?

Thanks for your answers. The problem occurs only in the back end.

have you made a order on the site?

    Please share a screenshot.

    Hi @naif111,

Looking at your screenshot it seems like you may have a database error on your site or have a code conflict of some kind.

Have you tested on your site by disabling all other plugins aside from WooCommerce along with switching to a theme like Storefront to try and locate what software you have installed which could possibly be causing this behaviour?

Once you have disabled all other plugins and switched theme if the behaviour is resolved you can then enabled your theme and sites plugins testing after each one is enabled until the behaviour returns to locate the culprit.

If the issues persist after this type of test try updating the database by adding this link below after your sites domain name.

    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&do_update_woocommerce=true
