How do I create a list with one of more categories?

    Is there a way to display only certain categories using the [cooked-recipe-list] shortcode?

    I realize I can use the recipes=”123,321,456,654″ to show INDIVIDUAL recipes but what about displaying a whole category? I don’t see an option to do this.
