Trim output

  • I have a query that displays a forum topic and the body of the topic post. I want to limit the number of characters of the topic post display. So far I can only get the output to display the entire body of the post.

    Is there a way to limit the number of characters displayed in the output with Query Wrangler?

  • Maybe this will help: Basic Settings > Row Style > Posts Settings. If you do have Posts Settings, you may have an option for Excerpt. This is a summary view which looks to be similar to the Drupal node teaser display mode.
