[Plugin: Simple Sidebar Navigation] Navigation not collapsing

From what I understand, the suckerfish portion of the Simple Sidebar Navigation Plugin should allow the sub-menu items to be drop-down, or collapsable. Is that that correct? Mine are not showing up as drop-down or collapsable. I have no knowlege of suckerfish, so any help would be appreciated. You can see how it is currently showing up by visiting: akmscenter.org.
