short code not working on a post

I can export the zip of media in the back end but wanted to test it on the front end with the shortcode. The shortcode just appears as text on the post. I have looked through the php files and did not see anywhere where the shortcode was registered either.

I do love the plugin as it does what I have been unable to for several weeks.
