    Hello ??

    I always wonder why plugins that work perfectly are modified so that they don’t work perfectly anymore.

    With the last update :
    Label: translation does not work
    Placeholder text: Nom d’utilisateur => apostrophe is a problem

    In Dashboard section, please modify “donne-nous” by “Faire un don”. It’s better in French ??

    We have updated plugin version 2.7.0. Apostrophe problem resolved, you need to check it.

    Actually, we don’t know the French language and the French translation was contributed by a user Gilles Santacreu.

    If you want to modify the French translation then follow below steps:

    1. You need to install a free tool for translation – POedit.

    2. Open the \wp-content\plugins\admin-custom-login\languages directory into plugin. You will get French translation file for the plugin like:
    admin-custom-login-fr_FR.po
    admin-custom-login-fr_FR.mo

    3. Open admin-custom-login-fr_FR.po in tool. You can modify the string translation there according to you.

    4. Save the file in the same directory and reload the plugin page to check applied new translations.

    I’m a French Global Project Translation Editor and there’s actually a simpler and better way to translate. Just go to: https://translate.www.ads-software.com/locale/fr/default/wp-plugins/admin-custom-login and start translating ??

    Like that, all the community can benefit from your translations.

    Once you’re done just ping me on this thread or on the French Slack’s #traduction channel (get an invit). I’ll check them and if they match our guidelines I’ll approve them.

    If you want and if your translation are good, you can even become Project Translation Editor and be responsible for the translations of this plugin.
