IPN issues

  • I updated my give plugin a couple days ago, and since then none of the IPN messages from paypal are updating the donation status.

    I did just update to 2.2.2 and maybe this has been fixed but my questions still applies. Hopefully the update fixed my issue and my question is just for my knowledge.

    So the problem is all of my donations stay with a status of pending. I was following your troubleshooting guide:https://givewp.com/documentation/core/payment-gateways/paypal-standard/troubleshooting-ipn-issues/. First in paypal my paypal IPN was disabled, but in the past I did receive automatic status updates. Second in the troubleshooting guide it says “Give most likely already set this for you.”. In my case this did not happen, how do I find the URL that needs to be here? Next question do I need to have IPN setup or will Paypal update the status as it has been doing up till now? In my system info the values related to IPN say
    PayPal IPN Verification: Enabled
    PayPal IPN Notifications: IPN received for #14883 ( 1T25152027827500U ) on at . Status VERIFIED
    But the status for donations are not changing. I have also disabled the PayPal IPN Verification and the status still did not change. Other that your troubleshooting guide are there any other things I can try to fix this? I really love your plugin. It is by far the best donation plugin I have found.

    I have now received an email from Paypal indicating PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing: https://www.naksquad.net/index.php?give-listener=IPN. Please help

    In the troubleshooting guide it says “Give most likely already set this for you.”. In my case this did not happen, how do I find the URL that needs to be here?
