• I’m getting a “not-secure” error when trying to access my admin panel. I’ve cleared cookies and cache and turned off all firewalls. I’ve also tried to login in through the www.ads-software.com site and my user name isn’t recognized. I’m still able to view my blog, but desperately need to update it!

I’m getting a “not-secure” error when trying to access my admin panel.

That just means your site is running over HTTP, not HTTPS (which is secure).

Browsers made this change a while ago, but they’ve been getting more aggressive with it recently. For more details, see: https://macmanx.com/2017/01/26/https-changes-in-firefox-and-chrome/

To make WordPress run over HTTPS, follow this guide: https://make.www.ads-software.com/support/user-manual/web-publishing/https-for-wordpress/

I’ve also tried to login in through the www.ads-software.com site and my user name isn’t recognized.

That’s normal, this site is entirely separate from yours.

Hi I am totaly lost, i have been trying to login in my dashboard but it’s not working. Can you help me?

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
