Yoast is Broken

In post add/edit mode, the Yoast plugin interface is completely broken. If I switch to Gutenberg (ick, yuck, bleghk), then Yoast is back. Of course, if I disable this plugin, Yoast is back. But, what am I going to do when WordPress rolls out the update that replaces the Classic editor with this Gutenberg abomination? Gutenberg is missing the ability to get to my most used plugin, Easy Recipe, which is only available in Classic mode, and not in text mode either. I have a recipe blog – so a good recipe editing plug in is essential to me. Okay, yes, I could go into text mode and add the microdata manually, but a) who wants to do that, and b) if you make a mistake, your recipe is not going to show up in search engine. Please fix this Yoast issue and I’ll be a happy camper.
