Upgrade WP-Super -Cache, now entire site is down

WP-super-cache had an update available an hour ago. I chose to have it upgrade automatically within WordPress. When it finished, I got a blank page. I now cannot access my site, my WP login page or any page on my site. I’ve already talked to the hosting service and they are telling me it’s a permissions error from WordPress but that’s all they know.

I deleted the SuperCache folder from the PlugIn directory and deleted all the cached files. But the problem remains.

Any ideas? I need my site back up ASAP.
