Adding nofollow to all affiliate links

  • Hello, I have setup this great plugin to add nofollow to all Amazon affiliate links.

    However, I also use the Thirsty Affiliates plugin and those links look like this:

    mydomain.com/go/whereever

    Can I add in mydomain.com/go/ into this plugin for it to also convert these links to nofollow automatically?
