    Hi,
    I always update first on my local site before updating my live site incase of issues and glad I did that this time. When I upgraded to the latest Woocommerce (V.3.4.4) the images of the products stopped showing up on their page. I see the reply comment and such but nothing with images. I tried deactivating all the plugins except Woocommerce but no success. I tried rolling back to a previous version still no luck. The only thing that solves it is when I activate a different theme (Storefront, Twenty fifteen…) But as soon as I turn on the Genesis Framework they disappear. Doesn’t matter if I have the child theme on or off same result. Please help as I have many plugins out of date on my clients live site and I don’t want to work on the live site until this issue is fixed. I’ve been getting notification of several brute force hack attempts on the site and I don’t want to leave it more vulnerable with outdated plugins.
    Thank you in advance for your help.

    I have images of what I mean that I can send if you give me a way to send it to you.
    Thanks

    From what WC version did you upgrade, and what version of Genesis do you use?

    Sorry for the late reply was out of the office. WC version was 3.4.1 and the Genesis is 2.6.1

    Any 404 errors on the network tab of the console when you open your catalog?

    Do you have Lazy loading enabled (in jetpack or any other plugin)? Then possibly a Javascript error prevents images from loading. Any errors in the console of your browser (Usually F12)?

    Do the images appear if you view in the customizer on wp-admin? If so, maybe you need to regenerate the thumbnails (WooCommerce > Status > Regenerate shop thumbnails)

    If the above doesn’t help, please upload a screenshot.

    No errors on the network tab;
    Lazy load is off in jetpack and I can’t see any other plugin that has that;
    I can’t see error in the browser;
    The images do not appear in the customizer on wp-admin. The only time they appear is when I switch Theme.
    When I go to (WooCommerce > Status) is see this message on top regeneration is running in the background. Depending on the amount of images in your store this may take a while. Could that be the issue?

    Well not a big fan of using another plugin to fix an issue but I was able to fix the issue by installing Genesis Connect for Woocommerce. Now all the images show up and it’s working. Only difference is now when you hover over the images it does not magnify so you have to click on them to get them bigger. But considering the alternative I’ll take that.
    Thanks and do please let me know if you figure out a different solution.
