Notify multiple email addresses of comments/pings?

My web site is “run” by two different people. As such, I would like to be able to have two email addresses notified of new comments and pings on the site, without anyone having to manually subscribe to comments. I can’t see where I have that option in the Dashboard, under either “Users” or “Settings”.

Is that possible?
