Plugin won’t activate

    After the last Woocommerce update, my Flexible shipping plug in won’t activate.

    On the plugins page, for Flexible Shipping, it shows me Opt-Out – Activate – Edit – Delete

    If I click Activate, nothing happens.

    I tried deleting and installing a fresh version of the plugin, but the result is the same.

    What is wrong?
