• I just finished setting up wordpress and it seems to work fine. The reason I got wordpress was because I have a site where I sometimes post updates on the main page, and I hate having to open up dreamweaver to do this each time.

Is there any way I could get just the blog entries on my main page, so that people could leave comments and stuff too?

  • I am wondering this too, i need to I.E embed it inside a table.
But looking at the default index, i can’t wrap my head around how it works, since it’s technically empty.

However, i know this is possible due to spoonyexperiment.com

    This is my real site
And i want the blog to appear where the logo is now, how can i do that?

Edit: I think i’m onto something here using Iframe, this must be the easiest way to do it. But surely not the most successful/suggested. So if you have any way to do it properly (again as in spoonyexperiment.com) or can point me to a guide. Please.

I found this great guide for it:https://jonathanwold.com/tutorials/wordpress_integration/

Put the problem is that i do not use CSS on my site, any suggestions?

I found a way to sorta do it. WordPress lets you subscribe to blogs through rss, so I got this php script rss2html, and I just use that to post my blogs rss on my web page.

You can’t leave comments or create posts from my web page though, so you to make posts you have to go into the wordpress page, but at least it gives an easy way to update my page without having to open the html editor every time.
