How to Use My Own Code in WordPress Instead of a WordPress Theme

Thanks for the replies. Being new, I am probably not asking my question correctly. Please bear with me as I try to ask it again:

My site is hosted by 1and1 Internet. Is there a way for me to simply upload my code through my SFTP client to my 1and1 Internet server and simply tell www.ads-software.com to use my HTML, CSS, JavaScript files instead of a WordPress theme?

And… still be able to use some of the plugins and widgets in www.ads-software.com?

To put it simply, “No.”

WordPress has 3 parts: WP-core, plugins which extend its functionality, and a theme, which gets content from the database and renders pages. In for a penny, in for a pound, as they say.
