Excellent Response Time!

I needed to resolve an issue with project levels and could not figure it out. Nathan H. saw my request for help and, via their chat client, was able to log into my WP installation, identify my problem and direct me to the solution. In spite of not being in his office he chatted with me until the issue was resolved. I appreciate his commitment to see me through my problem.
