Free Download Gift Charging Shipping

Hi @threedogpixels, just small notes:
1. You must have minimum 1 product in cart to use “gift”
– so you cant have just 1 item that should be giftable (could this be the issue) ?
2. If its not LIVE website, you can share URL with us support [at] decom.ba
– we will try to help, as much as we can

I did small test, I added custom Shipping for that product (its Product and Gift also), with shipping 0, like you can see Screenshot

1. Yes, I have that.
2. It is live but not the free gift.
3. As I said before, it’s a Virtual/Download item. There is no shipping for it. It doesn’t have the option to add shipping profiles, dimensions etc. If someone normally buys it for the price set it wouldn’t have any shipping. But if I set it as a free gift with a purchase in the cart it wants to charge shipping and I get errors because I don’t have shipping on this item.

Dear @threedogpixels, our plugin only support “gift” that will be “free” (there cant be price – on gifting item), also are we talking about carousel with gifts?
1. Gift should be visible & added from there: Screenshot
2. Maybe to create new shipping class – Zero Shipping and assign it to that item ?

without real website or direct access Im not sure how to help, could you try:
support [at] decom.ba and share maybe screenshot, url. – Support is free, we are only limited by free time we have.

1. My item is $0.00 but it is adding shipping. I can do this with ANY virtual/download item in my store and it’s the same results.
2. You cannot add shipping classes or any shipping information including weight dimensions, etc. to a Virtual/Download item type in Woocommerce.

So basically it doesn’t work with virtual/download type items. Only physical items that you ship.
