• I can’t get MailPoet to work. I set it up to send from the host server and it worked once – one time only. I believe that the mail after that first one is being blocked by Yahoo Mail, after I put my email for the bounce notifications I got Mailer Deamon notices that Yahoo doesn’t like these emails.

So, we decided to use the Mail Poet free sending services. This doesn’t work at all. No Bounce mail notices, no errors, nothing. Just doesn’t show up in my Yahoo Mail.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @danloffler,

It looks like you already have an SPF record set up for another service. You need to include our sending service domain (include:spf.sendingservice.net) to the list of servers authorized to send on your domain’s behalf.

Can you also please check if you’re sending from an address from your own domain?

If you’re sending from free mail services, it could affect your deliverability. When your subscribers’ email servers receive a newsletter from @gmail.com, for example, they will check if you are authorized to use a Gmail email address on a newsletter sent from your website. Since Gmail’s servers don’t have SPF records for your domain, this means your newsletter was not authorized.

    Let us know!
