Facebook for WooCommerce Syncs, but Items Show “Not Published” or “Rejected”

That would be fine except the plugin is from WooCommerce. It’s your own product.

I understand that this might be confusing, but not all plugins on WooCommerce.com are developed and supported by Automattic, the company behind WooCommerce.

The product page usually indicates the support team behind the plugin:

Not resolved.

According to Facebook, they do not support this plugin. Thus, WC says see FB. FB says see WC. Someone needs to end this loop.

Once, it’s been added to your account, you will then get in touch with the correct team at Facebook through the support option at WooCommerce.com. Just choose Facebook for WooCommerce from the drop down and you’ll get directed to the correct team.

I already did on May 5th (order #5102401505). I’m now here with a plugin that isn’t working and not seeming to get any help.

I went to Support and tried to submit a ticket. However, Facebook for WC is not an option (I tried searching, and it never came up). The only extensions listed are:
Mobile App
Klarna
PayPal Powered by Braintree
ShipStation Integration
ShippingEasy
Stripe
TradeGecko
WooCommerce Shipping
WooCommerce Taxamo

Now what?

I submitted a generic support ticket, but based on the runaround I’m getting, I’m not optimistic.

What was the resolution to this? I’m having the same issue now.

I found that the problem is my products are digital downloads and FB only allows physical products ?? .

well that can’t be correct because I have several digital products and they show no problem , its only now i added the some others which are not downloadable that I have the same problem as everyone else REJECTED ?
