How to restore my customisation to login page?

    I have a custom login page defined in the file /wp-content/themes/mytheme/login-form.php which has the desired layout for our login page.

    This file is no longer being processed.

    Looking at docs, there are no templates in version 7.

    Please could you advise how I can restore my customised login page?
