    All Application Form Fields at existing vacancies Dissapeared. Standard Application Form Fields settings also are gone.

    We added an SSL certificate. Could the https:// change make any difference?

    Sadly it is not the first time. How can we prevent this? Setting them for 40-50 items every time is very time consuming.

    I have the same issue. This happens in the backend. Changed the global fields names and suddenly they disappeared. The same with Default Feature List.

    It is labeled resolved. But it wasn’t really.

    After I found the root of the problem. I tried to use html in the fields. It looks like it works but then after some time it gives troubles in showing all the form fields.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Please share the scenario with the fields name that you have added in settings. So we can reproduce this issue at our end. Currently, all set with the settings fields.

    This happened as soon as I changed the default “Name” field name to “Your Name”. There are no errors on the inspector console and the html code seems blank.

    We have tested this at our end, by changing field name for Default Feature List or Default Application Form Fields didn’t disappear. There is a possibility that any custom script written in any of your activated theme or plugin which may cause this conflict.

    Just to locate the issue please deactivate all plugins one by one and switch to any default twenty’s theme.

    I’ve used the troubleshooting mode to deactivate all plugins and themes and unfortunately, the problem is still there.

    Next, I created a new install in a separate environment and made a screen recording. Here’s what I did to replicate the issue:

    – Changed the “Name” field to “Your Name”
    – Saved, refreshed. No problems.
    – Changed the “Email” field to “Your Email”.
    – Saved, refreshed: all fields disappeared.

    For adding a New Feature or Application Field you have to click on Add Field before clicking on Save Changes(as shown in above screencast).
