• Bonjour,

    The “Privacy Policy” link is active and points to code “[and_pb_section bb_built =” 1 “specialty =” on “_builder_version =” 3.12.1 “background_color =” # f4f4f4 “template_type =” “] [and_pb_column type =” 2_3 “specialty_columns =” ??2 “] [and_pb_row_inner admin_label =” Row “] [and_pb_column_inner type =” 4_4 “saved_specialty_column_type =” 2_3 “] [and_pb_text _builder_version =” 3.11.1 “] [ultimatemember form_id = 26729] [/ et_pb_text] [ / and_pb_column_inner] [/ and_pb_row_inner] [/ and_pb_column] [and_pb_column type = “1_3”] [and_pb_sidebar _builder_version = “3.12.1” area = “sidebar-1″ /] [/ and_pb_column] [/ and_pb_section] ”

I did not find on the plugin the way to write the link to the site Privacy Policy.

I saw on the site of Utilimate Member using the form of subscription to a complementary plugin that this link displayed much text.

    Thanks for your help.

    Bonjour.

I downloaded version 2.0.24. The anomaly is always present.

    Hi @plepine,

It looks like you are using Divi page builder which causes this issue.
Please disable Divi page builder on your privacy page and see if it helps.

    Regards.

    Hello.
With or without DIVI BUILDER, the anomaly is present. I have also updated the ULTIMATE MEMBER version. I have ULTIMATE MEMBER 2.0.25, PRIVATE CONTENT 2.0.1 and TERMS & CONDITIONS 2.0.3.
For the operation, I activated DIVI BUILDER, reload the form, empty the cache of the site and the browser.
    Thanks for your help.
    Regards

    Hi @plepine,

Can you please try to do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or your theme and see if this issue goes away.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Regards.

    Bonjour,

I realized the requested operations (activating plugins, changing the theme, …). I still have the problem. The deactivation of plugins retaining the theme does not change anything. And changing the plugin with a basic theme does not correct the problem. So I reinstalled the theme (DIVI) and plugins.

I hope this will help you in the analysis.

I will test on another site to try to understand the anomaly.

    Regards

    Pascal

    Bonjour;

I reread the notices. It says “Content – To add the content of your T & C, first go to admin dashboard Pages Add new and publish the content. Once you click on publish, go back to Ultimate Member> Forms> Edit Registration> Terms & Conditions then select the content on the drop down menu.”

What name should the page have? My mistake may be on this basic point.

Our instructions, you specify the procedure for creating the page, but you do not give any indication of the name of the page for the “Terms & Conditions”.

    Regards

    Pascal
