Urgent: Need Help everything is gone

    today i wanted to create the last site before we switch to the new WordPress site we have been working on for about 2 months. I opened FTP to upload some videos. I then linked to one of them in the Jupiter plugin. it said FLV media is not accepted but everything was still working. I convert the video to mp4 open wordpress again and boom:
    there are no pages at all in wordpress, the menu is gone as well, every woocomerce product is gone, pretty much everything ist gone.The Theme/Plugin Jupiter is the only thing still working. everything else seems to be at factory restet. the users are still there as well
    when i try to create a new page the WPBakery Page Builder doesnt load, and i cant save it it only says “submit for revision” where “publish” used to stand.
    Please help, if we have to setup wordpress all over again with all the plugins etc. we have to work another 1-2 months since were not working fulltime on it.

    Just checked it and seems like you have a working site. Did you resolve the issue(s)?

    Yes. Just 5 minutes ago, It seemed to be a Database problem. Sorry for the circumstances, i was just shocked for a moment since we wanted to go online tomorow. Thank you and have a great day
