Text and object overlay of an image

  • I am looking for a way that would allow me to place a number of text boxes (6 or so) on the same page as a large image. they would be distributed around the image, and I would like to be able to place a line or arrow from those text boxes to a particular place on the image. I have searched and could not find anything, but may not be using the right terminology for the search. Is there a plugin or simple way to do this?

  • Is this a one-time thing or a dynamic, changing text over many images?
    Seems like you should just open your image in an editor such as Photoshop or Gimp (or online editors), and put the text boxes on it and Save.
