hide shipping methos category product

how can i disable (not show) some shipping method when product from specific category are in the cart. all prodcut in my store can be sent throw post office or door to door. a spacific category i want to allow only shipping door to door (and dont show any othe options) so i want that whenever someone add to the cart a product from that specific category only to see the door to door shipping.
some good and easy plugin to do so?
