Can’t See Plugin Button In Dashboard

  • My dashboard for WeBuildOnYourLot.com has the following in chronological order from the top to the bottom: dashboard, fusion slider, posts, events, media, pages, contact form, comments, popup maker, portfolio, FAQs, contact, appearance, profile, tools, TablePress, elastic slider, and collapse menu.

    I am the digital media marketing director and I just joined this company a few weeks ago. The digital media freelancer, who built the website, is unresponsive to emails.

    do you have access to your webhosting account to check in your database table that your username has administrator permissions?

    I don’t know which website hosts my domain name. Is there any way I can find out?

    Start by checking https://www.whois.net/
    should be able to determine webhosting company and domain name registrar.
    contact webhsosting company for assistance to access the database connected to your website.
