• When users try to register on my site using the plugin’s registration form, the site just refreshes and doesn’t actually add the user into the database. The form was built using Ultimate Members – nothing too complex, a few conditional fields. Any ideas on what to troubleshoot?

    Hi @mifbody,

What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
It looks like you have a conflict with your theme or other plugins, can you please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Regards.

Hi – I’m on the latest version 25, database updated. I’ve deactivated all plugins and tried again (we’re on the stock Twenty Fourteen theme) but it’s still not working. What I did realize, though, is that it IS adding the users in to the database, it’s just refreshing the registration page afterward and it’s not sending the e-mail that new users registered on the page.

Yeah, I’m having the same problem; We have a pretty complicated theme installed, so I’m still ruling out theme/plugin conflicts.

Same here and without a fix UM is useless! But if I start over with different program, I could lose the 500 current subscribers. So frustrating. This is not a plugin conflict. The only change is turning on ssl. I’m at my wits end. U m has worst support I’ve ever seen.
