Need Help Finding a Plugin

I’m using WordPress 2.7 on my blog.
I’ve been looking for a plugin from 3 days but I can’t seem to find it.

It is a plugin for a tag cloud. When mouse comes over the tag cloud, it rolls like a globe in the direction the cursor is moved.

Please Help!
