Suggestion : Add option to # title

    Hi,
    nice plugin. I’have 3 Suggestions of improvement. First one, could you add an option to add a “# ” at the beginning of the title of the article spread to Diaspora. This would add the possibility to have a big title.

    Instead of adding specific settings for things like this, we’ve added filters that you can use to modify the content before it gets posted to diaspora*.

    Have a look at the filters that you can make use of, specifically wp2d_title_filter.

    Using this, you can easily add a # in front of the title ??
