I recently installed the all-in-one migration plugin v6.74 on a new WordPress site hosted on Plesk Onyx on Windows 2016 server. When I create a backup it works, but when I go to download it I get an error 500. I traced this to the web.config file that is created in the ai1wm-backups folder and discover that it is malformed (missing (staticcontent> entry. I deleted it and recreated permalinks and again it is missing the <staticcontent> entry so the backup file cannot be downloaded.

I am a novice so I am unsure when this web.config file is generated from. Is it a setting on my sever? or is it form the all-in-one migration plugin? Any and all help is appreciated.

Thank you for this report. We do not get many Windows users.
I have logged the issue in our system and we will fix it in the next version of the plugin. This file is redistributed with the plugin. It is an issue on our end.
